Logo
All sponsors will have their names and logos featured on our website, programs, event posters, and T-shirts given to conference attendees. Logo size will increase with increasing bundle contribution.
Industry Fair
All sponsors are invited to send representatives and set up a booth at the industry fair/tradeshow occurring on Saturday, January 9ᵗʰ, to facilitate the exchange of information between the company representatives and the students. This is an excellent opportunity for students to network and to get to know more about your company.
Merchandise
Nephrite, Kimberlite, and Ammolite level sponsors will be provided with complementary merchandise, including but not limited to T-shirts, totes, and lanyards.
Social Media
Nephrite level sponsors will be included in a combined carousel post with their logo and a short description of the company. Kimberlite level sponsors will be included in a combined video post with their logo, a description of the company, and a short written message to WIUGC attendees. Ammolite level sponsors will each receive an individual video post with their logo, a description of the company, and a short interview highlighting the company’s goals and values.
Banquet
Kimberlite level sponsors will receive 1 free ticket to attend the banquet on Sunday, January 10th, with priority in seating arrangement and food service. Ammolite level sponsors will receive 3 free tickets to the banquet with priority in seating arrangement and food service. †All sponsors are welcome to attend the banquet, and tickets can be purchased for $50.00 each.
Technical Speaker
Ammolite and Kimberlite level sponsors will have priority when offers are being sent for industry speaker positions in the Technical Talks on January 9th . ††Technical Speakers will be chosen on a first come first serve basis.
Event
Ammolite sponsors may choose to sponsor a specific event, with any surplus distributed throughout the rest of the conference. These sponsors will receive verbal acknowledgement as well as a 10 minute speaking slot at the start or end of their chosen event. Please note that some events are more conducive to sponsorship than others, which will be discussed further in the planning process. †††Event sponsorships will be determined on a first come first serve basis.
